Angela at Camacho's Kitchen  supports women through midlife perimenopause, and menopause using science-led practical nutrition tailored to each person’s needs.


Her approach goes beyond diets or quick fixes, focusing instead on long-term health and foods that help to balance our hormones and energy.


Working with women that want clear, trustworthy guidance to help manage symptoms such as fatigue, weight changes, hot flushes, poor bone health or general health concerns.


Angela is also focused on general health improvements, recovery from surgery, eating well to lower high cholesterol, high blood pressure, gut health, weight gain and eating for exercise/sport performance.
