We specialise in using alternative ingredients and are experienced and accomplished in providing a wide range of options for guests who follow Vegan, Dairy, Gluten, and Sugar free diets.

After several years working for high profile families in their homes, yachts, chalets and villas, I decided to concentrate on ‘food envy’, where we now offer a completely bespoke service for all our clients including clients on the Wentworth and St. George’s Hill private estates.
