Charlie Rashbrook and Jeff Hill, are retired Police Officers now delivering security consultancy and support, to large number of High Net Worth clients including residents on the Wentworth Estate, through their company Harrier Global. 

They are both career Detectives with decades of experience between them in tackling sophisticated and organised criminals, and are quite different to the bulk of others working in the industry, in that they do not approach the challenge of security from the perspective of a particular solution e.g. security personnel, technology etc. instead they look at security from the perspective of the criminal. 

They initially work with clients to understand their unique lifestyle and family arrangements, before developing a security infrastructure and plan, that not only ensures that their clients remain safe but as importantly that they feel safe. 

They notionally target clients as career criminals might and thereby identify their vulnerabilities. They then apply a proportionate mindset in recommending solutions that truly mitigate the real, not the perceived threats. 

By layering and stitching together the right security measures, along with managing appropriate lifestyle adjustments and introducing a range of other softer measures (e.g. internet purging, contingency planning, vetting of staff, engaging the local policing team etc.), they are able to ensure that criminal interest is disrupted and displaced elsewhere.
