Alex’s signature tasting menu is inspired by classic flavours and seasonal ingredients, harmonised by modern techniques. 

Having worked for several renowned chefs including Heston Blumenthal and Gordon Ramsay, he expresses his passion for food through his enthusiasm, creativity and theatre.
