Innovation is always at the heart of any luxury home but it’s become apparent that smart home scope is being reduced and, in its place, we are witnessing a steer towards reduced yet specific and well thought out lighting schemes, both internally and externally – dark skies is a particularly interesting lighting concept that deals with ecology issues. Family centric amenities such as swimming pools, gyms and cinema rooms that can be enjoyed by all of the family, are still very much at the forefront of our clients’ visions.

There has to be cost awareness in whatever market you operate in, and EAB are here to work for the benefit of our clients and assist, as opposed to dictate; no option is ever ‘off the table’. At EAB we focus on ‘smart spending’, helping our clients to prioritise areas of the build that are most important to them, and by looking to offset costs in areas of less importance we hope to strike that balance in completing a project in budget, whilst also delivering the high-quality finish we are known for. How are you positioning yourselves to be competitive in the area?
We are always looking at ways to keep EAB Homes current and competitive. This comes down to keeping a very close eye on market trends where design-led items feature, as well as the basics such as ensuring competitive tendering amongst our own pool of subcontractors and suppliers, and keeping our own overheads as low as possible in order to pass these savings directly on to our clients.
